Mansoor's responsibilities in GDN consist of administration of projects and grants, preparation of project related contracts, monitoring of project deliverables and payment releases to grantees, and management of GDN's donor database. In addition, he provides support to the GDN President and GDN's core activities such as the Global Development Awards and Medals Competition, Global Research Projects (GRPs), and the Annual Global Development Conferences. He also coordinates and maintains relevant databases pertaining to GDN's Regional Network Partners (RNPs) and helps in the organization’s Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
Before joining GDN, Mansoor worked at the A.C. Nielsen ORG MĀRG as a consultant on a World Bank led global research study called 'Moving Out of Poverty'. Mansoor holds an MBA with specialization in Finance and Human Resources from the Sardar Patel College of Communication and Management (New Delhi).
