Manager | Human Resources & Administration
Rajiv is working as the Human Resources and Administrative Manager at GDN. He is responsible for managing HR, personnel administration, training and development, facilities management and office/general administration, including GDN's travel desk.
He possesses a total of 19 years of experience in the corporate and development sectors and has handled a range of portfolios in his career including personnel administration, finance administration, HR management, general/travel administration, events management and business centers. Before joining GDN, Rajiv worked with international organizations such as The Population Council, UNDCP (UN agency presently known as UNODC) and Winrock International India, as well as corporates like The Asian Hotel Limited (Hyatt Regency). He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the Delhi University, followed by a one-year diploma in Personnel Management from YMCA (New Delhi) and a two-year diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis (Pune).
